I’m not sure if you are one of those dentists who hovers over their accounts receivables and production numbers, knows who’s past due for their recall appointments, and is 100% in control of their accounts payable, but I certainly wasn’t one of them. In fact, those numbers were daunting to me. I would just as soon bury my head and pick up my handpiece. 

I think there are more dental practices who are not on top of their numbers than those who are because: we don’t know what we don’t know!! Unless you entered Dental School with a master’s degree in business, you had zero knowledge of how to run a business. You thought all you had to do was graduate from Dental School, pass your boards and jump into a practice. That’s what I thought, but little did I know back then!

Does it tell you how many family members of the scheduled hygiene patients who have undelivered treatment? What an invaluable tool!

Do you have a report that informs you of your past due AR and the number of times your team has attempted to call and collect that debt? How about an email that contacts the patient about their past due bill, allows them to click a link and quickly pays that bill…and then it is automatically posted to their account!! It’s like a vacuum cleaner that’s controlled by an app, it does the work for you! And it’s a benefit to the patient as well.

I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. This tool is a no-brainer for any Dental Team who wants to soar. Not only does it clearly keep you in control of your numbers, but your practice will become more productive, with less stress, as well as generating greater job satisfaction.
