Dental Team appreciation ideas for fall

It’s a busy time of year as everyone gets back into the school year routine and looks forward to fall. It’s a great time to surprise your Dental Team with an appreciation gift or office celebration. At DentalStaffing.org, we know this is a great way to show them they are valued! In the next two months here are a couple of holidays you may want to celebrate with your Dental Team:

Boss’s Day for your Office Manager or Lead Dental Assistant
Halloween for the entire Team
Columbus Day

For specific dates for each of these, along with additional holidays, visit CalendarDate.com

Here are some ideas the team at DentalStaffing.org curated to make it easy for you to send a fall “thank you” gift to your staff:

Fall Foods
Help your team welcome the new season with some delicious fall foods. A variety of options are available online, including these autumn gift boxes, these popcorn tins, and these soup variety packs.

Support your Local Schools
Purchasing spirit wear or items from local schools can be a fun way to show appreciation to your team as well as the schools their children attend, while also showing the community that you care. Some sports teams sell coupon cards for local businesses in the fall, purchasing one of these for each Dental Team member would be another way to support the community while also showing appreciation for your staff.

Self Care and Relaxation Gifts
As your team gets back into the routine of the school year and looks toward the busy holiday season, this is a great time to give gifts that can help them de-stress. Gift ideas include fall-scented candles, an acupressure mat, a stress-relief essential oil blend, or aromatherapy shower steamers

And don’t forget!! You and your Dental Team can have fun celebrating these upcoming Dental Events with your patients! September is Gum Care Month. In October you can celebrate World Smile Day (first Friday in October) and Dental Hygiene Month. And, the day after Halloween, November 1, is National Brush Day.
