Could the Dental Team make this into a Dental Celebration Day? You could do it quarterly or biannually. There could be nominations from the entire Dental Staff and when the day comes, a grand prize like a larger percentage off a treatment plan completed or a prize for the patient with the most improved oral hygiene. Make it a fun Dental Celebration for the entire Staff and patients. This can encourage patient visits, better home care or completed treatment. An effortless way to keep Dental office culture upbeat and positive.
