After selling my practice and working in many different venues, I have been able to identify the issues that plagued my practice. I’m not certain why I could so easily see issues, perhaps it was because I wasn’t the owner any longer.
I learned you need to listen to all Dental Team members as well as the Dental Practice Owner. I found myself watching the powers that be either solve or ignore the problems and it gave me an excellent education. I also learned there are very, very few Dental Practices without issues.
